The month of October can be a spooky month, maybe even a scary month with monstrous problems. Yikes!! Well maybe not, but words like that seem to be popping up everywhere as kids and adults alike look forward to Halloween.
In fact, according to the USA Today, adults spend more on themselves to celebrate Halloween than any other day during the year. I get that. Especially if they want to hang out with the kids to go trick or treating, or to a Halloween party of some kind.
For many homeowners and home buyers though, they are truly scared. Scared to death of how in the world they are going to get out of their house and into their next one (the trick).

We are on a mission to raise $10,000 for FoodRaising Friends to increase children’s access to food through intentional relationships with school and community programs that enhance their ability to thrive.
FoodRaising Friends works directly with school personnel from Principals, teachers, and Guidance Staff to gather a list of students needing food during long school breaks.
Children often rely on free breakfast and lunch from school, and extended school breaks cause a massive deficit in the children’s access to food.
Before long school breaks, schools provide FRF to the number of students in need of food. FRF delivers bags directly to partner school sites. Each bag has enough food for the child and family to have breakfast and lunch every day of the school break, including summer!
